No gap in care

We provide seamless service delivery for people leaving inpatient addiction treatment who are returning home and unable to follow up with traditional IOP.

Flexible scheduling

All therapy sessions are conducted virtually with private, HIPAA-compliant technology. Sessions are scheduled on evenings or weekends—built for people returning to work and family responsibilities.

We are in-network with Aetna, BlueCross and BlueShield, Geisinger, Highmark, Cigna, Carelon, Curative, Capital Blue Cross, and Horizon Blue Cross.

Our Mission

Keeplight is designed to support adults in Pennsylvania who are transitioning out of addiction treatment and looking for flexible, individual therapy to maintain progress while navigating everyday life.

Other Priorities

We support individuals who have not been to inpatient treatment but seek therapy from a counselor who understands addiction. We also welcome individuals who are currently enrolled in medication-assisted treatment and seeking extra support.

Therapy that fits real life

Individual Counseling

Goal-focused therapy that supports recovery skills, managing stress, overall wellness, and returning to work and family responsibilities. We also address co-occurring mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, and trauma.

Optional Couples/Family Counseling

While we primarily focus on individual therapy, we encourage involvement from supportive significant others whenever possible. We work on improving communication, trust, and building healthy routines that promote recovery for you and those around you.

No mandatory groups

Many people stepping down from inpatient treatment are referred to programs that require 9+ hours of group per week. While that is helpful for some, it's not realistic for everyone. We prioritize your schedule and your individual needs with dedicated one-on-one support.

Ready to connect?
